Provide occupational therapy services to help patients recover and maintain occupational skills through assessment and customized treatment plans. Responsibilities include documenting progress, educating families, and supervising certified occupational therapy assistants.
Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy and possess a valid Kentucky State Licensure for Occupational Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
