Pediatric Fee For Service Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Complete admissions, recertifications, and discharge visits Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and disease management Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications
