The role involves delivering behavioral health outpatient services and facilitating recovery integration into clients' daily lives. Key duties include leading peer-led groups, providing crisis support, and assisting individuals transitioning between levels of care.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and qualify as an RSA per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132. A valid Illinois driver's license and personal transportation are required.

Participate as a team member in the delivery of behavioral health outpatient treatment services to clients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
