The Advanced Practitioner evaluates and coordinates patient care across multiple locations in the Quad Cities region. They collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to improve community health and make critical clinical recommendations.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with unrestricted medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois. Experience in Emergency Medicine and federal authority to prescribe medications are required.

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Board Certified Emergency Medicine experience preferred Hold an unrestricted medical license in the states of Iowa and Illinois Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United States We Offer The position offers shift-based compensation, with $65.00 per hour for day shifts and $80.00 per hour for night shifts. Additionally there are weekend shift differentials and a quarterly performance incentive. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
