Provide restorative nursing services to residents based on Therapy or Nursing Plans of Care. Collaborate with the Director of the Restorative Nursing Program and clinical directors to deliver patient care.
Candidates must possess a valid CNA certification. The role requires the ability to implement clinical restorative services within a skilled nursing environment.
