Provide assistance and supervision to residents in residential group homes regarding activities of daily living. Adhere to and document individual programs while ensuring all suspected abuse is reported as a mandated reporter.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid California driver's license. C.N.A certification is required for medical group homes, and one year of experience with developmental disabilities is preferred.
