The LPN provides nursing care and assists patients with self-care techniques under the direction of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include performing home visit assessments, carrying out MD orders, and completing clinical documentation within 24 hours.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Practical Nurses Education Program and hold a valid Connecticut LPN license. A minimum of one year of acute care experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification are required.
