The Licensed Social Worker is responsible for planning and developing programs to meet the emotional and social needs of residents. This includes conducting individual assessments, maintaining medical records, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and families.
Candidates must be a Licensed Social Worker with a degree from an accredited school of Social Work. Experience in geriatric or long-term care and prior supervisory experience are strongly preferred.
We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker. The Licensed Social Worker plays a key role in supporting the emotional and social well-being of our residents. Under the direction of the Administrator, this role is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing programs and services that meet the medically related emotional and social needs of each resident.
