The Clinical Pharmacist validates medication orders, compounds medications, and provides consultative services regarding drug interactions. They are responsible for documenting clinical activities and maintaining strong professional relationships within the hospital system.
A Doctorate degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (or eligibility for licensure within 4 months). Experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in a healthcare setting is necessary.
