The LVN is responsible for administering prescribed treatments and medications while monitoring patient health status. They must maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
Candidates must hold a valid TX LVN license, BLS certification, and have at least one year of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Preferred qualifications include specialized certifications in wound care or IV therapy and familiarity with EHR systems.
