About the Role

• The Treatment Nurse - RN at Park Manor of Humble Skilled Nursing plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care to residents within a skilled nursing environment.
• This position focuses on administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are effectively implemented.
• The nurse will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• By providing compassionate and skilled nursing interventions, the RN contributes to improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.
• This role requires a dedicated professional who can balance clinical expertise with empathetic patient interaction in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid RN license in TX.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, treatment procedures, and medication administration.
