Your Clinical Mission As a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through:

Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.

What You’ll Need to Join Us ✔ Education

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. ✔
Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!). ✔
Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus. ✔
Age: 21+ years old. ✔
Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification. ✔
Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
