Perform a variety of routine and advanced laboratory tests and procedures used for medical diagnosis. Serve as a clinical resource for trainees, medical laboratory technicians, and postgraduate physicians.
Requires an Associate degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program and MLT (ASCP) or AMT certification within six months. A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology and MT/MLS certification are preferred.

No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
