About the Role

• The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services with a focus on pain management, geriatrics, and pediatrics.
• This role involves conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while prioritizing patient safety and quality care.
• The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of diverse patient populations.
• Emphasis will be placed on trauma-informed care and evidence-based nursing practices to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ultimately, this position aims to enhance patient well-being through compassionate, skilled, and holistic healthcare delivery across the lifespan.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments and patient management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or certification in Pain Management.
• Specialized training or experience in Geriatrics and Pediatrics.
• Trauma nursing certification or experience in trauma care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans focusing on family medicine and pain management.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes and patient safety.
