• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC Associates Responsibilities & Duties
• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Maintainaccurateand confidential client records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Stayup to datewith current developments in mental health treatment and best practices
• In the community

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Qualifications & Skills
• Master's degree in counseling, Psychology, orrelatedfield.
• Licensed ProfessionalCounselor Associate orLicensed ProfessionalCounselor (LPC).
• Experience in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Provenrecord of accomplishmentof successful client outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingualproficiencyis an asset.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Master's degree in counseling or related field
• Valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state
• 3+ years of experience in counseling or related role
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Ability tomaintainprofessional boundaries and handle sensitive information
