Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support for the Kaw Nation Wellness Center, including report drafting and scheduling. Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the facility's common areas and bathrooms.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school. Basic computer, clerical, and communication skills are required.
Applicant is required to have a high school diploma or must be sixteen (16) years of age or older and currently enrolled in high school. Must possess basic clerical skills, good oral and written communication skills, and an ability to set priorities. Must be able to organize and coordinate work efficiently. Computer skills are required.
Responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Kaw Nation Wellness Center. Responsible for all clerical support to staff including, but not limited to, word processing for reports and drafts of schedules. Responsible for preparing materials for all certifications and/or trainings as needed. Responsible for typing, word processing, filing, answering phones, making copies, and scheduling. Keep each area assigned to clean dusted, vacuumed, and trash emptied. Clean and sanitize all bathrooms, keep paper towels and toilet tissue stocked. Report any problem that should require knowledge of specific training to repair or correct to Immediate Supervisor. Wash windows inside and out on a periodic schedule. Complete any other duties as assigned by immediate or controlling supervisor.
