Salary
$53 - $56 / HOUR
Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered plans of care for complex diagnoses including neurological and orthopedic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate safe discharge planning.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid Illinois Occupational Therapy license, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred. BLS Provider certification is required within 30 days of hire.
$53.00 - $56.00 per hour

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
