The Patient Care Assistant provides basic direct patient care as delegated by clinical professional personnel. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and visitors.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and proficiency in AHA CPR. Required qualifications include State Tested Nursing Aide Training, completion of an RN medical surgical rotation, or successful completion of UC Health competency training.
