Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with various developmental and neurological diagnoses within a multi-disciplinary team. Develop individualized treatment programs and collaborate with referring physicians to help patients reach their goals.
Must be a graduate of an accredited occupational therapy school with a valid state license or eligibility. Requires CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and specific pediatric outpatient experience or fieldwork.
High Standard of Care: Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how OTs may practice and whom they may supervise. Collaborative Approach: Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.
