Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting to improve their independence and functional abilities. Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active Ohio OT license. Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills are required, with experience in rehab settings preferred.
