$34 - $35 / HOUR
The LPN is responsible for conducting nursing assessments, administering medications, and delivering care according to detoxification protocols for adult clients. They collaborate with the clinical team to support medical providers and maintain strict patient confidentiality and documentation.
Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts and current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certifications. At least one year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is preferred.
