About the role

The Addictions Counselor provides direct care to dually diagnosed and chemically dependent patients within a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering individual and group educational services, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet treatment goals.

  • KeyStone Center, located in Chester, Pennsylvania, offers substance use disorder and dual diagnosis treatment for adults.
  • We are located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport, making our facility an easy location to travel to and from, for out-of-state treatment options and visitors.
  • Visit us online at: https://keystonecenter.net/ The Addictions Counselor provides direct patient care and is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients.
  • Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and-therapeutic milieu; assessment and documentation of progress/digress in treatment; delivering individual and group educational services, crisis intervention and full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives.
