Provide psychosocial assessments and support to pediatric patients and their families to address emotional and socioeconomic factors. Manage daily patient care needs, facilitate community referrals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and eligibility for licensure as a Registered Licensed Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida. At least one year of experience is required, which can include graduate school internships.
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a full-time Social Worker - MSW to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. This position will provide support to patients and families in our pediatric speciality clinics.
Full-time position, 40 hours Monday-Friday. Normal business hours.
