Through our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, we provide person-centered, community-based care that supports every aspect of our clients’ lives—including employment and education.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a passionate and driven IPS Employment Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.

In this role, you’ll empower individuals to achieve their employment and educational goals using the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model—helping clients find competitive jobs, succeed in the workplace, and move toward greater independence.

What You’ll Do Provide personalized vocational assessments and service planning based on each client’s strengths, interests, and goals Support job searches with resume building, applications, and interview coaching Connect clients to educational and training opportunities Integrate employment services with mental health treatment as part of the ACT team Teach workplace readiness, communication, and job retention skills Deliver services in community settings through outreach and engagement Collaborate in daily team meetings and coordinated care planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred) 1–2 years of experience in vocational services, supported employment, or behavioral health Knowledge of IPS or supported employment models preferred Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Bonus Skills Experience in ACT or community-based behavioral health programs Bilingual abilities Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Why Join Us?

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a Master's preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in vocational services or behavioral health and a valid driver's license.
