The Direct Support Professional ensures the health and safety of residents by implementing individual support plans and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities include providing supervision during skill-building activities and maintaining daily resident case notes.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to caring for adults with developmental disabilities are required.
