Provide mentoring, advocacy, and problem-solving support to clients on their recovery journey. Partner with treatment teams to coordinate community resources and help clients create personal goals and maintain employment.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience. Must obtain the Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification from the Missouri Credentialing Board within six months of employment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired. Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) course by the Missouri Credentialing Board (MCB) within six (6) months as a condition of continued employment in this job classification.
