The Float Nurse is responsible for implementing and documenting the nursing process according to established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. They serve as patient advocates to ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with a valid Indiana RN license. A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience and CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 60 days) are required.

Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
