Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Texas. In this role, your day will center on meeting with clients through secure telehealth sessions, helping them talk through what they are experiencing, and building care plans that support steady progress. You will work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, and major life changes. The role requires strong listening skills, clear clinical judgment, and the ability to create a safe, professional space for clients through virtual care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform Complete client intakes, assessments, and clinical evaluations Create treatment plans based on each client’s needs, goals, and presenting concerns Support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, and life transitions Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation Track client progress and update treatment plans when needed Follow HIPAA standards and Texas clinical practice requirements Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Texas LCSW license in good standing Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients through telehealth Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Remote / telehealth work setting 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package If you are looking for a remote LCSW role where you can focus on meaningful clinical work and consistent client care, we would be glad to review your resume.
