Location: Georgia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote LCSW position focuses on providing high-quality mental health care to clients from the comfort of a virtual setting. Your work will include conducting therapy sessions, helping clients identify goals, supporting progress over time, and documenting care clearly after each visit. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with clients who may be facing emotional stress, family concerns, workplace challenges, trauma history, mood concerns, or major life changes. The role calls for sound clinical judgment, organized follow-through, and the ability to create a steady, professional therapy experience online.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy appointments with clients in Georgia Review client concerns, symptoms, history, and current support needs Develop practical treatment goals that reflect the client’s clinical presentation Provide therapy using appropriate clinical methods and interventions Track changes in client progress across sessions Complete session notes, assessments, and treatment plan updates on time Identify risk concerns and follow proper clinical protocols when needed Maintain a professional, private, and secure remote therapy environment Stay aligned with ethical, legal, and telehealth practice standards Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full-time remote role Stable weekday schedule Competitive annual salary Take the next step in your clinical career with a remote LCSW role built for steady, professional therapy work.
