Provide direct counseling and support to adults with serious mental illness and substance use disorders in residential and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, assisting with independent living skills, and coordinating care with community partners.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and at least one year of experience in behavioral health services. Candidates must be registered as a QMHP or obtain QMHP-Trainee status and possess a valid driver's license.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
