Education/Training/Experience Associate's or bachelor’s degree or a science-related degree. Must have at least 1 year of general laboratory experience. AMT or ASCP certification required. Vitros Chemistry analyzer experience preferred
Experience & Skills
Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting is preferred Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, specimen handling, and safety protocols Close attention to detail and accuracy Ability to operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot basic issues Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills with clinical staff
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
Frequent standing and walking within the laboratory environment Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds if needed Manual dexterity for handling specimens and operating lab equipment
Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science and at least one year of general laboratory experience. AMT or ASCP certification is mandatory, with Vitros Chemistry analyzer experience preferred.
