The therapist will evaluate patients, interpret physician prescriptions, and perform static and dynamic splinting. They are also responsible for maintaining treatment schedules and submitting detailed progress and discharge reports.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited occupational or physical therapy school. A CHT certification or at least one year of experience in a hand therapy clinic is preferred.
