You will be a key player in both clinical care and clinic operations, supporting providers, patients, and procedures from start to finish.
Clinical & Back Office
Bring patients into rooms and prepare them for visits Take vitals, history, and reason for visit with accuracy and speed Perform injections, UDS, and routine clinical testing Maintain clean, compliant, and fully documented patient charts Assist providers during examinations and urgent needs Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards are always followed Procedure Support
Prepare patients for procedures and complete structured intake Start and manage IV access using sterile technique Monitor patients during procedures and recovery Work closely with physicians and anesthesiology teams in real time Assist with discharge, IV removal, and patient instructions Make pre-procedure reminder calls and post-procedure follow-ups Help coordinate smooth patient transport and flow Front Office & Coordination
Answer and document patient calls with accuracy and urgency Process prescription refill requests per protocol Support prior authorizations and appointment scheduling Keep patient flow organized and efficient across the clinic WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE HERE

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA required) Active BLS/CPR certification IV placement training or certification 2–3+ years Medical Assistant experience 1–2+ years procedural or pain management experience preferred Strong EMR experience and fast typing (40+ WPM) Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
