Market context

Texas clinical therapist roles stay selective

In Texas, clinical therapist openings tied to specialty care often reflect steady demand for licensed behavioral health professionals who can support patients and families across settings. These roles are competitive because employers usually want a master’s degree, active Texas LCSW or LPC licensure, and experience with family, individual, group, and play therapy, plus child development knowledge. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here first, then compare them with your licensure and pediatric therapy background before applying.
