• -8 hours of stroke education/year - Attends educational seminars - Attend annual inservices on fire safety, infection control, and radiation protection - Member of professional organization to keep abreast of new developments - Requires above average organization and planning skills; must multi-task - Requires excellent human relation skills on both a clinical and non-clinical basis - Requires a thorough understanding of confidentiality issues - Works under frequent stress - Must function under established guidelines of policies and procedures manual, and physician and department standards - Enrolls in Training & Development Programs offered by Advocate appropriate to level of responsibility This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
