The Clinic LPN provides quality patient care under leadership supervision and may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel. They are responsible for assessing patient conditions and working across various clinic areas based on staff skill and patient acuity.
Candidates must possess strong fine motor skills, professional interpersonal communication abilities, and the physical capacity to perform tasks like lifting and kneeling. Mental abilities including data interpretation, problem solving, and the ability to evaluate patient care effects are required.
The Clinic LPN works under the supervision of leadership. Clinic LPN administers quality patient care according to established standards. Clinic LPN may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients.
