Market context

Kansas OTA roles remain steady

In Kansas, Occupational Therapy Assistant roles are typically tied to rehab, school, and outpatient settings, so demand often follows local patient volume and staffing needs. These jobs can be competitive because employers usually want ACOTE-accredited training, a valid Kansas OTA license, and candidates who can work well with supervising occupational therapists. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and prepare examples of hands-on patient support before applying.
