Responsibilities

Meet with clients online and provide ongoing therapy support through secure telehealth sessions Learn each client’s story, current challenges, and goals for therapy Complete assessments that help guide the direction of care Develop treatment plans that give clients a clear path forward Help clients manage concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties Provide practical strategies clients can use outside of therapy sessions Keep notes, assessments, and treatment updates accurate and timely Track progress and make thoughtful changes to the care plan when needed Maintain client confidentiality and follow professional standards for remote clinical care Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas Previous experience providing therapy or clinical counseling services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Private workspace and reliable internet connection 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LCSW ready for a steady remote role where you can focus on quality client care, we encourage you to take the next step and submit in your application for review.
