Responsibilities

Hold scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients across Texas Guide clients through conversations that help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns Complete intake assessments and gather important clinical and personal history Build treatment plans that support realistic progress Help clients work through concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, and ongoing stress Offer practical tools clients can use between sessions Keep client records organized, accurate, and up to date Revisit treatment goals regularly and make updates based on client progress Maintain a professional, confidential, and respectful telehealth environment Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Texas Previous experience providing therapy or clinical counseling services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload Private workspace and reliable internet connection 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LCSW ready for a steady remote role where you can focus on quality client care, we encourage you to take the next step and submit in your application for review.
