The provider acts as a physician extender responsible for assessing, planning, and documenting patient care across walk-in clinics, hospitals, and outpatient offices. Key duties include interpreting diagnostic tests, managing cardiac care protocols, and conducting peer-to-peer insurance reviews.
Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania NP or PA license and have 4-5 years of experience in emergency, hospital, or outpatient settings. Active ACLS and BLS certifications and proficiency with EMR systems are required.

We are currently hiring for a per-diem or part-time Advanced Practice Provider to work at our Springfield, PA location. Traveling is required.
The NP or PA acts as a physician extender and assists in coordinating all aspects of patient care. The physician extender is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. They are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care, oftentimes advising patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or providing case management. This role will support our current walk-in clinic, hospital rotation, and outpatient office.
