$102,000 - $125,000 / YEAR
Provide professional, trauma-informed primary health care services including medical evaluation, treatment, and consultation for underserved populations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage acute and chronic diseases while documenting all activities in electronic health records.
Requires a master's degree and current North Carolina licensure as an APN, FNP, or PA, along with DEA and BLS certifications. Candidates should have 3 years of primary care experience and be eligible for Medicaid and Medicare.
