The Clinician provides mental health counseling and crisis intervention services to at-risk youth and families. Responsibilities include developing individual treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and coordinating with community partners.
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and at least 2 years of experience with at-risk populations. Candidates must hold a valid license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and a Texas Driver's license.

1. Maintain certificates required for the position including but not limited to First Aid and CPR. 2. Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation. 3. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens. 4. Provide proof or work eligibility status upon request. 5. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background and motor vehicle check (fingerprints needed if applicant has lived out of state within the past 5 years).
