The Nurse Practitioner provides primary and urgent care services to residents within a sub-acute and long-term care facility. They collaborate with the Medical Director, Attending Physician, and Center Leadership to improve patient health outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a specialty in Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner. A valid RN license, NP certification, and DEA registration are required, with a preference for two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations.
