Responsible for maintaining sanitary and safe conditions for clinic animals through cleaning, feeding, and providing essential care. The role also involves monitoring animal health and behavior while ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and volunteers.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with one year of animal-related experience preferred. Candidates must be physically able to lift 40 pounds and comfortable working with various companion animals in all weather conditions.

Under the direct supervision of Clinic Managers, the Kennel Attendant is responsible for maintaining animal care through healthy, sanitary, safe and comfortable conditions for animals in the clinic in accordance with best practices and protocols. This includes but not limited to cleaning indoor cages and kennels, walking hospitalized patients, feeding, laundry, dishes, cleaning bathrooms as needed, sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying garbages.
