The LPN is responsible for filling physician orders, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs for consumers in a crisis stabilization program. They provide guidance, education, and direct support to help consumers maintain health and return to independent living.
Candidates must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role requires the ability to perform occasional in-home visits to assess consumer needs.
