Requires an Associate's degree, ARRT (R) (MR) certification, and Connecticut licensure. Candidates must have two years of clinical experience in all MRI procedure types.

The technologist will perform MRI exams in accordance with exam procedures and protocols using independent judgment to ensure optimal diagnostic quality and exceptional patient care. The technologist will also be responsible for assisting Radiologists with special procedures such as arthrograms, reviewing all necessary documentation related to the procedures, and setting up patients, operating equipment, and performing related clinical and administrative duties.
