• Schedule: 11PM-7:30AM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Are you passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction? • Monitor and support patient activities, ensuring safety through regular checks and observations.
• Engage directly with patients, facilitating therapeutic interactions, group sessions, and scheduled activities.
• Assist with admissions and discharges, including processing belongings, documentation, and patient orientation.
• Support crisis intervention through verbal de-escalation and against-advice interventions.
• Facilitate patient movement within the facility and assist in coordinating attendance for clinical and medical appointments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, safety checks, and incidents. What We're Looking For
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in addiction services or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with behavior modification techniques and 12-step recovery principles.
