Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management to youth and families in the community. Coordinate with community partners and foster parents to ensure safety, stability, and successful community living.
Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or a comparable Human Services field and a valid advanced professional license. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a preference for 2 years of direct service experience are required.
