The Community Living Nurse is responsible for providing nursing services that meet requirements of DMRDD community RN program to clients in the Medicaid Waiver program. He or she will determine clients' level of need for RN services.
Good communication skills and desire to provide direct support to clients with developmental disabilities in their home as part of a team.
Motivation, initiative, and independence to work without direct supervision.
Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable and embrace change.
Must have the ability to work in stressful environments.
Candidates must hold a Missouri Registered Nursing license and have 2-3 years of RN experience, including at least one year with developmental disabilities. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current CPR certification are required.
