Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Farrell, Pennsylvania.

• Outpatient Dental Hygienist role within mission-driven community healthcare organization
• Opportunity to provide preventative dental care and patient education within supportive clinical environment
• Stable weekday schedule with early Friday finish and no weekend requirements
• Collaborative care model with full dental support staff provided

COMPENSATION • Base Salary

• $62,000+ based on experience
• Additional $3,000 salary increase available after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification

SCHEDULE • Monday through Thursday

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• No weekends required

• ROLE
• Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
• Assess patient oral health and communicate findings to dentists
• Document patient care and treatment plans
• Educate patients on preventative oral healthcare practices

Requirements

• Clear and active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Experience providing preventative dental care preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within outpatient dental environment REQUIRED
• Community-focused care approach preferred
