Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION • Base Salary

• $220,000+ based on experience
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000

SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday schedule • 8

• 30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only practice setting

• ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
• Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements

• Md or do required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
